We wanted to take this opportunity to let you know how pleased we are with everything you and your staff have done for us in conjunction with our move into One Museum Place. Total customer service from your office in scheduling your technicians, to perfect installations performed by Richard, Francis, Michael and Ethan. These gentlemen are courteous, punctual, perfectionists of whom you should be very proud.

They represent you and your company in the greatest light and our special glass projects were executed beautifully and perfectly. We will always act as ambassadors of good will for Drexler Glass based on the excellent experience and kindness shown to us and the work done on our behalf.

Drexler worked hard to meet my deadlines and the installation guys were great. The product is super, and I will be delighted to pay the invoice as soon as it arrives. Our bathrooms look terrific with the showers finished, and your efforts in helping us through both the choice of hardware and the management of the supply and installation process are greatly appreciated.

I want to take a moment to say thank you for your terrific customer service. When I had an issue with my new sliding shower door, you determined what needed to be done, got the parts and corrected the problem. Your service crew is terrific and did a truly professional job in repairing the problem. Everything works great and whenever anybody asks about the shower door assembly, I don’t hesitate to recommend your company and products.

I felt the need to drop you a note about the excellent customer service that we recently received on the installation of our shower surround. It began with Cathy and her excellent knowledge of the product and services that you provide, to everyone else that we dealt with through the installation process. We had a unique scheduling request and you were very accommodating. I was also very impressed by the fact that you ordered and installed the shower surround without asking for any money up front. That is the kind of trust that I have NEVER seen in Atlanta in the 8 years that I have lived here. It was very refreshing to see, and is the catalyst for me writing this letter. I hope that you never lose that trust in people. Not only do you supply a quality product, but display a professionalism on many levels.
